Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. clubph will endeavor to return your remaining account balance (minus any amounts owed to clubph) to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and you have complied with all applicable Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between you and clubph. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws.
